Kitty Creek Quartet

has created a 
Kitty Creek Scholarship Fund
 
$500 Scholarship offered to a graduating High School Senior
attending a four year college.  The student must have a 3.0 or higher grade point average and participated four years in the music program. Special consideration is given to those who are planning to study in the music field.

The recipient for 2000 was Brian Allen.
The 2001 recipient was Melissa Schneiter.
The recipient for 2002 was Crystal Brighton.
The 2003 recipients were Jade Helgens and Stephanie Hogan.

Kitty Creek Scholarship 

Kira Nauman

Kira's future plans include studying music education at Wartburg College or the University of Northern Iowa. 

She was active in cheerleading, cheerleading competition squad, pep band, speech contest, International Club and Panther Players for four years; Chamber Singers, drama and dance team for three years; vocal jazz, musicals and National Honor Society for two years. Kira earned three Academic Awards and the Silver Service Award. She was co-captain of the cheerleading squad. Kira is a member of the National Council on Youth Leadership.

Doug and Pat Nauman of Anamosa are her parents.
